NERVOUS ABOUT YOUR FIRST SESSION? DON’T BE! HERE’S WHAT TO EXPECT!
You pop in your favorite workout DVD or pull up the website of your choice. They tell you exactly what to do, but there’s a few problems. They don’t explain HOW to do it and they go way to fast and don’t allow you to execute the moves properly. That’s a recipe for injury. No one wants to put their training on hold for an injury.
We will teach you each movement and let you know why you’re doing it and the benefits. We take the time to guarantee you are activating your mind muscle connection to ensure you get the most out of each rep. You will learn techniques and nutrition tips that you will remember for life.

YOU WILL LOOK FORWARD TO YOUR SECOND SESSION!
You need to be challenged. But, many trainers will try to push you beyond your max efforts in every session to keep you progressing. The problem is that you have to work, pick up your kids, and probably haven’t played a sport since high school, so these high demands cause injuries, becoming draining, and not fun.
We will show you different ways to measure your progress and you will see the progression you will make. Addition to that the variety of training is exciting! Bodybuilding, MMA, Karate, boot camp training, all within a month! You WILL NOT get bored with our custom training programs.

FOR A SECOND, JUST IMAGINE A WORKOUT THAT YOU ACTUALLY ENJOYED!
The element we can control the most to success, is the experience you have training with us. Getting rid of unhealthy habits that you have been doing for 10 or 20 years can become extremely uncomfortable. We are going to learn about each other and learn from each. Our trainees have exposed their biggest fears and situations to us because of the positive experiences that we had together. This type of trust will help you shed the mental and physical layers, and help you build new positive habits that will last a life time

Then we can develop a daily plan, every day mapped out for you, that will motivate you and make you stick to it. You will receive monthly training calendars and daily nutrition coaching tailored to your needs!

DO I REALLY NEED A PERSONAL TRAINER?
During most transitions in our lives we have some sort of coaching or orientation. When you get into school, college orientation before your freshman year, and with most jobs you have a coaching or orientation experience. Why should the transition into a brand new mind and body be any different? Our Health Coaching programs will give you the tools and the latest fitness hacks to transition into your new and improved lifestyle.
We have had the opportunity to train hundreds of people up close and personal and its clear across the boards. Being consistent is very tough without someone by your side. Also save yourself the hundreds of hours we have spent learning about training and nutrition and let us share our knowledge with you.
IF you have preexisting injuries or conditions than you should strongly consider a coach. Re injuring yourself is a guaranteed way to putting your progress on hold. We will work with your health care providers to ensure we do not do anything to harm you. Your program will guide you around your injuries and conditions to get the results you desire regardless of the obstacles.

TIME. Crucial aspect of life. Save time by having a coach meet you at home. Avoid the long hails to the gym, long winded conversations, and waiting half your workout for one piece of equipment. Having professional help will also save you time be delivering results faster.

YOU WILL BE HIRING MORE THAN JUST A TRAINER
Everyone originally comes to me for weight loss or to assist them in rehabilitating an injury. But quickly they realize their issues are much deeper than that. My experience in the rehab and counseling field, as well as the hundreds of people’s experience I’ve been fortunate enough to here, has allowed me to provide Life Coaching to my trainees. 
This type of coaching will help you get to the root of your issues like why do you experience emotional eating or why is your motivation so low when it comes to helping yourself.
My trainees have always been able to contact me at any time to help guide them through life’s issues as they arise. The 2-3 hours we see each other throughout the week is usually just not enough to maximize progress. It takes navigating around long work days, family trips, and the kids band and sporting activities to accomplish your goals. I will be there for you to bounce ideas off of and find a solution to your daily life issues.
I will make sure you will have the tools, tips, and support necessary to succeed at your fitness journey and to improve the overall quality of your life.

“EAT FOR ENERGY” OUR PHILOSOPHY ON NUTRITION

All to often when people want to lose weight their first instinct is to reduce their calories. The thing is, if that really worked then everyone on a so called “diet” would lose weight right?!?

Yes, you may lose weight initially but can you sustain such a low calorie diet? With this style of eating will you have the energy necessary to make it through the work day or have the ability to play with your kids for hours on the weekend? Probably not.

When you Eat For Energy you will have notice that 2p at work doesn’t have to be the time you go into survival mood and do the bare minimum. Also you will have the energy to have a super productive workout that will result in more fat burn and muscle building than you would on a traditional low calorie diet.

We will also work with your current food availability and time schedule so that you don’t have to make any drastic changes that may set you up for failure in the near future.

Also we have found that when you change everything or put you through a complete over haul of your diet, its hard to tell which items or schedule works for you or harm you. By making slight changes we can better evaluate what items should stay in your current nutrition plan and which ones are harming you. Some people can eat carbs all day, some can’t eat them at all. We will find out what works for YOU!
