They don’t explain HOW to do it and they go way to fast and don’t allow you to execute the moves properly. That’s a recipe for injury. No one wants to put their training on hold for an injury.
We will teach you each movement and let you know why you’re doing it and the benefits. We take the time to guarantee you are activating your mind muscle connection to ensure you get the most out of each rep. You will learn techniques and nutrition tips that you will remember for life.
