Our approach to martial arts and self-defense incorporates several disciplines. Donta Finney is a 6th Degree Black Belt in Kar-Do-Jitsu Ryu, a martial art that combines Judo, Karate and Jiu Jitsu. This is a system that focuses on developing the techniques and mindset you need to survive any type of confrontation. It's based on quickly developing practical skills rather than on codified martial arts traditions.
